nAbout the Role
nFlow Interio is looking for an experienced Business Manager to drive sales and business growth for our full-home interior projects. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the interior industry, products, materials, sales and customer management, along with experience in leading sales teams.

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.n
- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team targets.n
- Handle key customers and support the team in closing high-value interior projects.n
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.n
- Have good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials and full-home interiors.n
- Monitor leads, sales pipeline, conversions and team performance.n
- Coordinate with Design and Project teams for smooth customer handover.n
- Handle key customer discussions,



negotiations and escalations.n
- Identify new business and referral opportunities.n
- Share regular sales and business performance updates with management.n

nWhat We‘re Looking For

- n
- 8–10 years of experience in the interior/home improvement industry.n
- Robust experience in residential interior projects and sales.n
- Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes and interior solutions. Proven experience in sales team management and business target achievement.n
- Strong customer handling, negotiation and closing skills.n
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.n
- Experience with interior or home improvement companies will be an advantage.n
