N Seamedu is seeking a passionate and industry-oriented faculty member in Sound Engineering to deliver academic and practical training in Music Production, Music Recording, Audio Signal Flow, and Music Business . The role involves conducting theory and practical sessions, mentoring students on academic projects, and supporting hands-on learning within professional studio environments.
N n Key responsilities:

- n
- Teach subjects including Digital Audio, Recording, Music Production, Signal Routing, and Music Business. N
- Guide students through project-based learning and academic assignments. N
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, presentations, and practical exercises. N
- Mentor students in music production, studio recording, and audio workflow practices. N
- Support smooth functioning and maintenance of studio and lab environments. N
- Encourage creative and technical development among students through practical exposure. N

n n Specific Skill Set:

- n




- Strong understanding of Music Production workflows and recording techniques. N
- Practical knowledgeof studio signal flow, microphones, and audio routing. N
- Proficiency in at leastone industry-standard DAWs such as Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, or similar software. N
- Robust communication and student mentoring abilities. N

n n Minimum/Maximum Work Experience Required:

- n
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience in Music Production, Recording, or Audio Engineering. N
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience will be an added advantage. N

n n EducationalRequirements:

- Bachelor’s degreein Sound Engineering, Audio Production, Music Technology, or related field. N
- Location(s) of Job: Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU), Pune. N

n n Any Other Skill Set:

- Exposure to immersive audio workflows (ATMOS) and modern production techniques. N
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. N
