NRole - Audit Service Delivery –Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements of various clients in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional auditing and assurance standards.
NThe Requirement:

- Qualified CA and minimum of Bachelors' degree N
- 1.10+ years of post-qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 firm N

nResponsibilities:

- n
- Work closely withonshore audit engagement teams as assigned, performing various audit procedures in accordance with Audit methodology. N
- Provide audit service delivery and demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the industry specific/other permissible procedures. N
- Build positive relationships by being able to demonstrate to the engagement team an understanding of audit procedures and the Audit Methodology . N
- Seize business opportunities (processes/clients)



within permissibility guidelines Demonstrate ability to identify technical issues, skilled skepticism and analyse and research solutions. N
- Improve audit service delivery based on the engagement team's feedback. Guide and coach CRC professionals and provide continuous feedback for their overall professional development N
- Coaching, training and providing guidance to less experienced peers and juniors on any questions related to the work assigned as well as Audit Methodology. N

nWork Experience:

- Work experience Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change. N
- Working knowledge underIndian / Canadian / US auditing standards along with knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP. N
- Risk assessment, controls, substantive procedures, evaluation of audit results, verifying financial statements for compliance with accounting framework. N
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, especially with onshore aud
