Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation & Strategy
Plan, roll out, and manage AI, ML, Full Stack, Cybersecurity, and related FutureTech skilling programs.
Align program goals with organizational vision and local requirements.
Integrate FutureTech modules into college curricula, faculty development, and student projects.
Facilitation & Training
Conduct or oversee training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps.
Organize hackathons, ideathons, mentoring meetups, and industry interactions.
Mentor trainers to ensure effective delivery across online, hybrid, and classroom formats.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Build solid relationships with colleges, institutes, CSR teams, industry mentors, and government stakeholders.




Represent the organization at events, conferences, and partner forums.
Onboard guest speakers, tech experts, and partner organizations.
Content Development & Engagement
Guide creation of learning resources, toolkits, and digital content.
Keep program content aligned with industry trends and practical applications.
Drive learner engagement through interactive, project-based learning.
Monitoring, Reporting & Impact Measurement
Develop systems to track reach, participation, and learning outcomes.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and case studies to showcase impact.
Use data and feedback to optimize program delivery.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead and mentor trainers, associates, and facilitators across cities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations and reporting.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
