Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Quick commerce retail staff on

product/process and customer service.
Train store teams on standard operating procedures (SOPs), inventory control, and loss

prevention.
Support the launch of recent stores by providing pre-opening training and operational

readiness support.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, store performance metrics,

and audits.
Collaborate with stakeholder to identify training needs and build development plans and

execute it.
Time to time checking and providing feedback to update the training content.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in retail training, store management, or retail operations.
• Solid understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory and customer
experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Comfortable using training technology, POS systems, and Microsoft Office/Google
Workspace.
• Willingness to travel frequently to store locations as required.
