Must-Have Skills
8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration/Conversion projects
Expertise in RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
Experience with SPAU, SPDD, SPAU_ENH activities during upgrades and migrations
Strong knowledge of custom code remediation and adaptation for S/4HANA
Experience in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Performance Optimization
Solid debugging, troubleshooting,



and code review skills
Experience in Unit Testing, Defect Fixing, and Go-Live Support
Ability to work independently and interact with cross-functional teams
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with OData Services, Fiori, and SAP Gateway
Knowledge of SAP BTP and Integration technologies
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield/Greenfield implementations
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Knowledge of SAP ATC, Simplification Items, and Readiness Check
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
