Analyst – Global People Operations & COE Support

Role Summary
Support Global People COEs through a combination of SharePoint solution
management, financial operations, reporting & analytics, stakeholder management,
and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Global People teams (Talent, L&D;, Digital HR, etc.) to support
operational and strategic initiatives.
Manage recharge processes, invoicing, budget tracking, financial reporting,
and transaction governance.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights using Excel
and Power BI.
Serve as a SharePoint Online SME, managing sites, content, permissions,
enhancements, and user support.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and
Power Platform capabilities.




Coordinate projects, stakeholder communications, documentation, and
implementation activities.
Build robust stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advisory support
across business functions.
Create process documentation, support knowledge management, and enable team
capability building.
