Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.
Confirm schedules with hiring managers and arrange candidate travel, if applicable.
Champion the candidate interview and pre-boarding experience by partnering closely with the Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Support Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Operations to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
Assist with or conduct various HR tasks as needed.
Demonstrate high attention to detail in a rapid-paced, ever-changing workplace.
Manage time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all recruitment and HR processes.
