Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor and manage daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule.
Monitor manpower, machines and production processes.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
Monitor material consumption and minimize production wastage.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards.
Improve production efficiency and optimize machine utilization.
Maintain proper workplace safety and production discipline.
Support continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
Report daily production status and issues to management.
