As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or application processing related to loans.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support while promoting our loan products and services.
This role requires robust communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls regarding personal loans, providing accurate and detailed information about the loan products,



interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and application procedures.
Assist customers in understanding and assessing their loan needs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and providing guidance in selecting the appropriate loan options.
Process loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct credit checks and financial assessments of customers to evaluate their eligibility for personal loans, adhering to company guidelines and criteria.
