Key Responsibilities·

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers/clients.

· Follow up with leads, customers and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

· Maintain and update customer/lead information in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.

· Manage backend operations, documentation and data entry.

· Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, follow-ups and task completion.

· Track leads, payments, pending tasks and customer requirements.

· Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.

· Manage communication through WhatsApp and email.

· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools for research, communication, documentation and workflow improvement.

· Explore current technology and suggest better ways to complete repetitive or time-consuming tasks.

· Learn recent software, AI tools and internal systems as the organization grows.
