We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly professional to handle customers and agencies visiting our office/showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend customers, buyers, and agencies visiting the office.
Understand customer requirements and preferences.
Show relevant product samples and explain product features, fabrics, designs, pricing, and available options.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Coordinate with customers to generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
Follow up with customers and agencies regarding samples, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, enquiries, samples shown, and orders received.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and agencies.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Ensure the sample display area and office presentation remain neat and organized.
Work towards increasing sales and achieving order targets.





Required Skills

Ability to understand customer requirements and convince customers.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and other office applications.
Experience in the textile/fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Female/Male candidate with positive communication skills.
Experience in customer handling, showroom sales, textile sales, fashion, or business development preferred.
Ability to build relationships with customers and agencies and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
