For Java Developer :
Good understanding of Core Java and OOPs concepts
Familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (preferred)

For Python / AI/ML Developer :
Knowledge of Python
Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
Experience with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow,

Understanding of software testing concepts (manual & automation)
Knowledge of test case creation and defect tracking
