Ideal Candidate Profile
You have 5 to 7 years of work experience in the soil nutrition business, agri-inputs, and scientific agriculture space, with at least 2 to 3 years in a product management role
Experience in a related industrial sector such as bioenergy, agricultural commodities will be an added advantage
You have a bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Agri-sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science). An MBA or equivalent post-graduation will be an added advantage
You can translate complex, real-world challenges into elegant, user-friendly and scalable digital solutions
You demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision making
You have a positive grasp of software product development lifecycle, API integrations,



and data infrastructure. An understanding of technical architecture and databases will be an added advantage
