Required Education : MBA/MSW - Human Resources
Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year of experience into Recruitment role.
Preferred : Candidates with valuable communication skills and adaptable to work for 6 days a week
will be preferred. Should be willing to work from office.
Role & responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for recent hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
