Job description
Overview: The objective of this role is to help improve healthcare outcomes in India by sourcing relevant late-stage drug assets from innovator pharmaceutical companies. The AGM B D&L; will coordinate the entire process spanning medical evaluation, business case building, financial assessment, partner negotiation, and legal review across therapy areas.
Technical Competencies:
Lead Generation:
Assess global pipeline (Global Data, Evaluate) to shortlist assets that demonstrate differentiation from existing standard of care and have fitment with Torrents long term portfolio strategy
Establish and maintain relationships with IP owners of these assets to convert both out-bound outreaches and in-bound RFPs into structured IL projects
Patient Funnels and Forecasting :
Work closely with Commercial teams to identify the target patient pool for the drug and estimate long term demand through patient funnels/other forecasting models.
Financial Assessment :
Coordinate with Corporate Finance to review P&L; and NPV/IRR for assessment of project viability. Familiarity with financial metrics and deal
