JOB PURPOSE / ROLE OVERVIEW:
Develop multi-scale modelling and digital material design capabilities to deliver materials, product, and substrate insights.
Validate digital insights through in vitro protocols and proof of science.
Build a pipeline of computational proof of principles based on material, product, and substrate.
Build IP funnel for differentiated and exclusive consumer advantages.
Deliver effective reporting of scientific data, including peer-reviewed publications.
Communicate and work closely with the global team to incorporate recent technologies into products.
Apply thought leadership through speed and teamwork.
