We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting property visits, explaining project details, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential real estate customers.
Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
Conduct property/site visits and explain project features, pricing, and offers.
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
Handle sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.




RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
Confident personality with a customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in real estate, property sales, field sales, or B2C sales will be preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills can also apply.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
