We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft and post job openings across job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Perform reference and background checks when required.
Prepare offer letters and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
Maintain an organized database of candidates and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.




Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Assist with employee engagement and other HR activities when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
Experience in hiring for sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles.
Knowledge of HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
