ob Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage overall security operations across all assigned client sites.
Ensure smooth deployment, attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
Lead and supervise Field Officers, Security Officers, Supervisors, and Security Guards.
Conduct regular site inspections and operational reviews to ensure high-quality security services.
Coordinate with clients and address operational issues, complaints, and service requirements promptly.
Ensure adequate manpower at all sites and manage replacements in case of absenteeism or manpower shortages.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and security procedures.
Handle security incidents, emergencies, and escalations and ensure timely corrective action.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Conduct regular meetings, briefings, and training programs for operational and security staff.




Maintain robust client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower planning and deployment requirements.
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, uniform standards, and skilled conduct among all security personnel.
Work closely with senior management to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
Take overall responsibility for achieving operational targets and maintaining excellent service standards.
Candidate RequirementsStrong experience in security operations and team management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and large security teams.
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle operational escalations effectively.
