Key Responsibilities

Access Control
Monitor entry and exit points at gates, visitor lobbies, and vehicle checkpoints.
Verify credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors by checking ID cards and passes.
Log all incoming and outgoing vehicles, checking transport documentation for raw materials and finished goods.
Prevent unauthorized entry of people or prohibited items into the manufacturing floor.

Surveillance and Patrolling
Conduct regular patrols around the perimeter, warehouses, parking areas, and production zones.
Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels for suspicious activities or security breaches.
Inspect gates, doors, and windows to ensure they are securely locked after working hours.

Safety and Emergency Response
Enforce factory safety protocols, such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
Respond immediately to emergencies like fires, accidents, or equipment alarms.
Coordinate with local authorities, including fire departments, medical services, and police when needed.

Reporting and Documentation
Maintain visitor and vehicle logs with accurate timestamps.
Write daily shift reports detailing incidents, irregularities, or safety hazards.
