Job Summary:We are looking for friendly, responsible, and energetic Café Staff to assist with daily café operations, serve customers, prepare basic food/beverages, and maintain cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have valuable customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and take orders politely.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light snacks.
Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, pastries, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, tables, and overall café area.
Handle billing, cash register, and POS machine.
Restock supplies and manage inventory levels.
Follow hygiene, safety, and café operational standards.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive café experience.
Requirements: Minimum 0–1 year experience in café/restaurant (freshers can also apply).
Basic knowledge of coffee/beverage making (training will be provided).
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure during rush hours.
Positive attitude, hygiene-conscious, and a team player.
