Job Description – Resident Engineer / IT Support Technician

We are looking for a Computer, Desktop and Printer Support Engineer/Technician for a Government Office in Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide support for computers, desktops, laptops and printers.
Check and fix hardware and software problems.
Install Windows, software, printers and other devices.
Solve basic network and connectivity problems.
Do regular checking and maintenance of IT equipment.
Maintain service and complaint records.
Attend user complaints and resolve issues on time.
Provide daily technical support at the Government Office.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in computer, desktop and printer support.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and printers.
Basic English is required.
Candidate should know a little Hindi.
Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
Candidate must be ready to work as a Resident Engineer in Chennai.
Job Duration: 2 Years.
