The position will be a PAN India role and shall be based out of our HO at Kolkata.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end B2C service & after-sales operations for EV two-wheelers for PAN India.
Manage service network, dealers, workshops and service standards.
Drive customer satisfaction, service quality and resolution TAT.
Lead and develop the service team across locations.
Oversee warranty, claims, service policies and process compliance.
Ensure spare parts availability and optimize service operations.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
