Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations: Open or close the outlet, conduct team briefings, and manage quick-paced workflow.
Staff Supervision: Assign duties, monitor speed of service, and coach crew members in real-time.
Quality & Safety: Enforce hygiene rules, check food holding temperatures, and comply with safety regulations.
Customer Service: Address guest feedback and resolve complaints quickly.
Cash & Inventory: Track register balancing, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years working in a QSR Company as a Shift Managr.
Education: 12, diploma or hospitality diploma/degree.
Core Skills: Robust communication, basic math, problem-solving, and POS system operation.
