Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plans
Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design feasibility
Align procurement timelines with site execution schedules
Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flow




Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals to avoid delays
Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee installation works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furniture
Monitor contractor performance and resolve in office challenges
Ensure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works
Conduct safety checks and enforce EHS compliance
Quality Control & Compliance
Review and approve drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and milestone completions
Ensure material quality and finish match client expectations
Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Track material approvals, change orders, and pending actions
Ensure handover documentation and final billing are complete
Risk & Conflict Management
Address delays and site conflicts proactively
Mediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflow
Prepare contingen
