Job OverviewWe are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team at Bizmet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sellers and brands, pitching our e-commerce services, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This role is ideal for someone with robust communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for building business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential sellers, brands, and business clients.
Understand client requirements and effectively explain Bizmet’s e-commerce services and solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, social media, networking, and other channels.
Conduct sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
Convert qualified leads into clients and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads,



conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
RequirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is preferred.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and lead management.
Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain professional client relationships.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
