Role Description

This is a full time, in office Technical Writer role located in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The Technical Writer will create, organize, and maintain transparent, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for brewing systems and related software.



The role involves translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across documents. The Technical Writer will also review existing documentation for clarity and completeness, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, and help define documentation standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technically accurate and grammatically correct User Manuals, Installation Guides, SOPs, Datasheets, Brochures, and other technical documentation.
Create customer-facing literature explaining product operation, installation, specifications, features, and usage.
Prepare detailed technical datasheets and component specifications for suppliers to clearly communicate material and quality requirements and minimize rejection or expectation gaps.
Develop printed and audio-visual SOPs for assembly, sub-assembly, QC, and production teams to standardize processes and reduce trai
