We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Purchase Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction field.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and check BOQ and quantity calculations.
Take quantities from drawings and project requirements.
Prepare material requirement lists.
Handle purchase of construction materials.
Collect and compare supplier quotations and prices.
Coordinate with suppliers for rates, availability, and delivery.
Follow up on material orders and deliveries.
Coordinate with the site team regarding material requirements.
Maintain records of BOQ, quotations, purchases, and costs.
Assist with estimation, costing, and rate comparison.
Handle day-to-day QS and purchase-related activities.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and calculations.
Basic understanding of construction materials and drawings.
Experience in purchase/procurement is preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
