Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented B2C E-commerce Sales Manager for the Logistics & Cargo industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce client acquisition, managing customer relationships, increasing business revenue, and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations for smooth delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage B2C e-commerce sales operations.
Generate recent business opportunities from e-commerce clients and marketplaces.
Coordinate with customers for shipment bookings, delivery updates, and service support.
Manage logistics and cargo operations for timely dispatch and delivery.
Build robust relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales targets, revenue growth, and operational performance.
Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams.
Handle customer complaints, shipment issues, and escalations.
Maintain MIS reports, sales data, and client records.




Support digital sales campaigns and business development activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3+ years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Cargo, or Courier industry.
Robust knowledge of B2C sales and customer handling.
Experience in logistics coordination and shipment management.
Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
