We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, speak with potential customers, explain our photography packages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable maternity, newborn, baby, family and photoshoot packages.
Explain packages, pricing, offers and shoot details clearly.
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
Create urgency and convert qualified leads into bookings.
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
Coordinate with the photography team after booking confirmation.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and computers.
