Quest for Success is looking for an energetic and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to help strengthen our digital presence and engage with students and parents across multiple platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating and executing content ideas, and wants practical exposure to digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Help create and execute the monthly social media content calendar
Develop ideas for Reels, posts, carousels, stories and campaigns
Write engaging captions, hooks and social media copy
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers
Publish and schedule social media content
Assist with marketing campaigns for seminars, webinars, programs and other initiatives
Research current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities
Monitor engagement and respond/coordinate responses where required
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
Assist with Meta and Google advertising campaigns
Conduct competitor and audience research
Support lead-generation and digital marketing initiatives
Help maintain consistency in the Quest for Success brand across digital platforms
Skills We Are Looking For
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and social media platforms
Valuable written and verbal communication
Understanding of Reels and short-form content
Basic knowledge of digital marketing
Familiarity with Canva
Understanding of Meta Ads / Google Ads would be an advantage
Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO or lead generation would be an added advantage
Creative thinking and ability to identify content opportunities
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
