Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, inventory, and finance teams to fulfill procurement requirements.
Track supplier performance and resolve issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
Analyze procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Prepare procurement reports and support strategic sourcing initiatives
