Role Description The Site Supervisor (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects at client locations. The position involves coordinating with contractors, carpenters, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed according to design drawings, quality standards, and timelines.



The supervisor monitors site progress, manages material deliveries, verifies measurements, and ensures adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, resolving in office issues, updating project managers on status, and maintaining clear documentation and daily reports. This position requires frequent direct interaction with clients to address queries, align on expectations, and support smooth handover of completed spaces.
