FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – LUXURY MATTRESSES

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Regional Manager

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to join a globally renowned premium and ultra-luxury mattress brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Scout and identify high-end bungalows, luxury residences, premium housing projects, hotels, and HNI customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, market mapping, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and HNI customers.
- Meet prospective customers and introduce them to Sealy’s premium mattresses.
- Follow up on leads and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and keep track of developments in the local market.





WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in luxury, interiors, furniture, building materials, or premium consumer products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Energetic, well-presented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Robust sales orientation with a hunter mindset and a passion for meeting targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
