Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production processes.
Supervise daily shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production flow.
Achieve daily/weekly production targets as per production plans.
Monitor worker productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for uninterrupted production.
Monitor product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials, tools, and machinery.
Maintain shop-floor discipline, housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain daily production, manpower, wastage, and downtime records.
Train and guide workers on production processes, quality, and safety procedures.
Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.
