Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused setting. This full time, on-site role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and monitoring product quality and presentation. The Store Manager will handle cash management, inventory control, and ordering, while maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.



The role involves resolving customer concerns, implementing promotional activities, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also train and coach team members, track performance metrics, and report operational updates to management.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive guest experience and handle customer feedback effectively.
