Chargebee's partner ecosystem is growing, and the quality of how we build, activate, and sustain partner relationships is what determines whether that growth converts to revenue. You will work across every stage of a partner's lifecycle, from the moment we decide to bring a new partner on, through to the moment their integration is live and generating commercial value. You will work closely with the partner managers, product, legal, and sales, and your fingerprints will be on every partnership Chargebee activates.

Build and own the onboarding process that takes a new partner from signed contract to commercially active. Coordinate across legal, finance, product, and partner stakeholders to ensure nothing blocks a partner from going live.
When a current integration is being built, when a contract needs to progress,



or when a partner programme needs to be launched — you ensure there is a clear owner for every action, a deadline everyone has agreed to, and a way to surface blockers before they become delays.
Partner & Customer Experience
When issues arise between partners, customers, and Chargebee — whether commercial, technical, or operational — you are the person who ensures they are resolved swiftly and professionally. 3+ years of experience in partner programs, partnerships, or commercial operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder processes — including experience working with legal, product, or commercial teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, project management tools, and G-Suite.
