The Program Manager will drive complex, cross-functional programs from planning to execution. This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, and the ability to keep multiple teams aligned toward business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic programs.
- Define goals, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other teams.
- Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and critical decisions.
- Identify bottlenecks early and drive teams toward timely resolution.
- Manage senior stakeholders and provide clear, regular program updates.
- Build processes that improve execution, accountability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, reviews, and decision-making forums.




- Manage changes in scope, priorities, resources, and timelines.
- Measure program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Experience with project/program management tools and frameworks.
- Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
