Location : Noida Education: Any graduate or BHM /BHMCT in Hotel Management, B.A in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management Experience : 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in embassy/diplomatic catering and/or a five-star hotel or luxury catering company Industry: Food & Beverage, QSR, Hotels & Restaurants Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned F&B; Manager to lead food and beverage service delivery across our catering vertical, with a robust focus on high-profile embassy, diplomatic, and premium corporate events. This role demands a hospitality professional who combines refined service execution with sharp commercial acumen- someone equally comfortable overseeing a formal pre-plated dinner for a diplomatic delegation and managing a large-scale buffet setup, while keeping a close eye on event profitability. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute end-to-end F&B; service for embassy, diplomatic, and premium catering events, ensuring protocol-appropriate standards are maintained throughout Oversee wine service, pre-plated (plated) service, and buffet setups, ensuring consistency in presentation, pace,



and guest experience Own the cuisine and beverage planning for events curating menus and pairings across Indian, continental, and international cuisines, along with wine, spirits, and cocktail service Compute and monitor event-level profitability costing, pricing inputs, and margin tracking in coordination with the operations and finance teams Build and manage a reliable vendor network for ad-hoc staffing, equipment, and service requirements based on event scale and complexity Recruit, train, and supervise on-ground service teams and captains to ensure guest-ready execution at every event Coordinate closely with kitchen, procurement, and event management teams for seamless service delivery Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are upheld across all catering assignments Handle client and guest interactions with the discretion and polish expected in diplomatic and luxury settings Desired Candidate Profile: Hotel Management degree or diploma (mandatory) 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in embassy/diplomatic catering and/or a five-star hotel or luxury catering company Hands-on expertise in wine service, plated service, and buffet operations Working knowledge of global cuisines, beverages, and cocktails Strong vendor management and networking skills to arrange ad-hoc staffing and resources Commercial mindset with the ability to understand and compute event profitability Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and the poise required for high-stakes, protocol-driven events Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules Package: Upto 7.5 LPA Working days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week ) I nterested Candidates can click on Apply or Whatsapp resume Whatsapp Number: (phone hidden) Regards HR Aditi Ojha Whatsapp Number: (phone hidden)
