About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Backend Developer to lead our backend team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Node.Js, Express.Js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage backend developers.
- Design and develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs.
- Manage Node.Js, Express.Js, MongoDB, and microservices development.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
- Handle system design, architecture, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Manage task allocation, project delivery, and technical issues.
- Implement authentication, authorization, Redis, and third-party integrations.




- Support deployment and production troubleshooting.

Required Skills
- 6–10+ years of backend development experience.
- Robust experience in Node.Js, Express.Js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Experience with Redis, Git, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, and Docker.
- Strong leadership, communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred
- Experience in a product-based/SaaS company.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ/Kafka, Kubernetes, and system design.
- Experience mentoring and managing development teams.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
