About the Role

P-1 India Private Limited is looking for an ambitious, confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive with solid sales experience to drive client acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking and other channels.
Identify and connect with startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs and businesses.
Understand client requirements and present relevant funding, grants, government incentives and business solutions.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/CRM records.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, business consultancy,



financial services, funding, or related fields will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and highly driven.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
