Function: Residential Real Estate Sales

Role Overview:-
We are looking for Relationship Managers with strong experience in Open Market / Direct Sales to drive residential real estate sales in the Thane market.

Key Responsibilities:-
Generate business through open-market/direct customer sourcing, references and networking.
Identify and understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on Thane real estate market trends, pricing, inventory and competitor projects.




Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.

Candidate Profile:-
2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Residential Sales / Direct Sales.
Strong Open Market Sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing residential transactions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of the Thane residential real estate market.
Target-oriented, self-driven and confident personality.
Candidates with a robust individual client network will be preferred.
