Techademy is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with strong Learning & Development (L&D;) expertise to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales teams, particularly in an EdTech, upskilling, higher education, or professional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Identify sales training and capability gaps through sales performance data, team feedback, call observations, assessments, and stakeholder inputs.

*Develop structured training plans, learning objectives, and intervention strategies aligned with business and sales goals.

*Design and deliver comprehensive sales training and L&D; programs across classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats.

*Train sales teams on consultative selling, needs discovery, objection handling, pitching, negotiation, closing, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

*Develop training programs specifically suited to sales teams handling students, graduates, and working professionals with different learning, career,



and upskilling needs.

*Create engaging and effective training content, presentations, facilitator guides, role plays, case studies, assessments, call scripts, and learning materials.

*Conduct role plays, simulations, mock calls, knowledge checks, and assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness.

*Work closely with sales managers and business stakeholders to understand performance challenges and translate them into targeted L&D; interventions.

*Conduct regular coaching, refresher training, and performance improvement sessions based on individual and team-level requirements.

*Track training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments, sales metrics, conversion performance, quality scores, and other relevant KPIs.
