The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production activities, ensuring effective machine utilization (Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, CNC/VMC), and maintaining quality and safety standards.
The role includes process improvement to reduce cost and cycle time, coordination with quality and maintenance teams, and tracking production targets through daily and monthly reports.
