Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completion.
Comfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source material.
Experience designing for social, cohort-based or cooperative learning models (desirable).
Solid visual, written and interaction design sensibility.
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
Practical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360Learning experience a robust advantage).
