Role & responsibilities
Support day-to-day production activities in machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and process requirements.
Assist in monitoring machining processes, cycle time, productivity, and quality parameters.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth workflow.
Support first-piece inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection activities.
Prepare production reports, inspection records, and basic documentation.
Assist in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Follow shop-floor safety practices, 5S, and company procedures.
