What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll manage the complete recruitment journeyfrom understanding hiring needs to welcoming recent employees onboard.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Sourcing great talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screening profiles and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has 25 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships.
- Is confident sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.




- Can manage multiple positions while staying organized.
- Has excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
