The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and structural components of the houses after handing it over to the clients.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
Maintenance Work
- Address the maintenance needs, queries, and concerns of customers after handing over for a year, effectively and professionally
- Develop maintenance plans and seek approval from management before executing them,
Resource Management
- Arrange workers and materials required for various maintenance tasks, encompassing electrical, mechanical, and structural components, to ensure timely and productive completion of projects.
Procurement Management
- Generate purchase indents for necessary materials and equipment, coordinating with procurement teams to fulfil requirements in a cost-effective manner while maintaining quality standards.
Coordination
- Liaise with contractors to address any maintenance issues beyond in-house capabilities, negotiating terms, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with vendors to procure high-quality materials and supplies, maintaining positive relationships and negotiating favorable terms to support ongoing maintenance operations.

Academic Qualifications and Work Experience
- BE Civil Engineering
- 10 years’ experience in construction industry
