Hiring for a Client - Qualiitrix

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own lead-generation targets of 3 qualified leads per month / 12 per quarter, with clear qualification on BANT – Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
- Conduct account and contact research to identify decision-makers and relevant contacts across GCCs / Captive Centres in India.
- Execute outbound lead generation through Email, Calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Qualify prospects using BANT and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and internal sales/business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support pipeline generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain the GCC sector database and ensure accurate, updated records in the CRM.
- Conduct account-based and market research to identify relevant opportunities and target accounts.
- Support marketing events with required outbound prospecting and lead-generation activities.
- Develop a solid understanding of Qualitrix's offerings, messaging, USPs, target customers, and buyer personas to communicate value effectively to prospects.





Ideal Candidate
- Strong Inside Sales / Lead Generation profile with a proven focus on the GCC (Global Capability Centres) segment in India.
- Mandatory – Experience: 2+ years of experience with a proven track record of achieving lead-generation targets, specifically targeting GCCs / Captives of 100M+ size in India.
- Mandatory – Experience: Hands-on experience across the end-to-end lead-generation lifecycle for IT Services / IT Products firms in the GCC India space, including:
- Account & contact research
- Outbound outreach via Email, Calls & LinkedIn
- Lead qualification
- Meeting setup with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Mandatory – Experience: Proven experience qualifying leads using BANT – Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline and setting up qualified meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Mandatory – Sales Tools: Expert in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar lead-generat
